Mark Alvin is a Real Estate Broker/ Property Manager with 16+ years experience in managing Conventional, Tax Credit, Commercial & Condominium Properties. Real Estate Management has been apart of his life since he was a teenager. His grandfather was a builder who constructed old Shotgun Houses and Duplexes which he helped his father manage.

Mark is a Marine Corps Post-9/11 Veteran who continued in Real Estate after being Honorably Discharged in 2005. He began his Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker in Savannah GA. During the 2007-2008 recession he left Real Estate Sales to start managing Real Estate for Concord Management, who later moved him to manage

it's property on the southside of Jacksonville. Since then he has worked as an Independent Contractor managing a large Condominium Portfolio for a private investor.

Mark returned to Real Estate Sales in 2017 with the goal of opening his own Management Company. In February of 2020, he founded Hill Street Realty, Inc. which is a Real Estate Sales &' Management Company. Mark is dedicated to creating a stress-free atmosphere for First-Time Home Buyers / Veterans as well as helping to improve, preserve and achieve maximum value for all your Real Estate Assets.

Mr. Alvin serves on the Board of Directors for The Residences at City Place Condominium Association.
